Masala?

A word of Indian origin, meaning mixture of spices. For example, the term "garam masala" -- literally a "hot mixture of spices" -- is a combination of ground roasted cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cardamom, cloves, and other spices. The term "masala" is used in a slang fashion to connote "an interesting mixture of things". (Urban Dictionary)

So don't expect a cooking programme, or a Bollywood performance, but a musical experience that blends influences to one tasty show!

MASALA IS BACK …

... to put a smile on your face with its Spicy So-Fun Fusion Music. The old and new cooks who serve this Tasty Sound are (from left to right on the photo above) Piet Haven (vocals, bass), Raph Van Goubergen (vocals, piano), Sébastien Peeters (vocals, vibraphone, drums) and Maxine Dumont (vocals, small percussion).

The menu features a mix of new songs as well as traditional familiar Masala compositions. Make sure you don’t miss our shows to come. Or, maybe you’d like to invite us to come and do some chef's cooking for you and your friends, at your own venue. Let us know!
